So I ripped out ALL Tiberium wars mods, uninstalled all command and conquer 3 games and re-installed from steam and now I can't get any C&C3;:TW mods to work at all. I have read EVERYTHING and I mean everything. EVERYTHING to putting the mods under appdata/roaming, to Users, to documents. Windows 10 never had this kind of problem.
